The best way to be understood is to be clear.
Five years ago, Cronos Europa turned to Trinity to create two videos explaining highly complex tender proposals for the European Parliament. Our role was simple: to transform technical and abstract concepts into clear, engaging stories that anyone could understand.
The result? Cronos Europa won the tender.
While we would never claim this success was solely due to our videos, we are convinced they played an important role in helping the evaluation committee quickly grasp the value of the proposal.
That is why, five years later, Cronos Europa came back to Trinity for their new European Parliament tender. Once again, our mission was to turn complexity into clarity through engaging storytelling, to give their proposal the best possible chance of standing out.

Transforming complexity into clarity.
The challenge
Cronos Europa was competing for a major European Parliament tender to deliver the next generation of ICT services. Their proposal brought together four consortium partners, each bringing complementary expertise to serve a shared vision.
The challenge was to transform a highly detailed and technical proposal into a clear and engaging story — capable of communicating the consortium's strengths, demonstrating its experience and making complex ideas easy to understand for every stakeholder.
The approach
Our creative approach was built on a simple belief: clarity creates trust.
Rather than relying solely on technical documentation, we combined authentic interviews and bespoke motion design to create a narrative that combines human expertise with visual simplicity.
The film introduces the consortium, explains its collaborative approach and highlights the value it brings to the European Parliament. Every scene was designed to simplify complexity, build credibility and reinforce a single message: the right people, working together to deliver better digital services.
The work
Filmed on-site in Luxembourg, the production featured four key representatives from the consortium, complemented by custom motion design illustrating concepts that were difficult to explain through interviews alone.
The project delivered:
A flagship video for the tender.
Four executive interviews.
Bespoke motion design.
A concise, narrative storyline supporting the written proposal.
More than just a presentation video, the final film became a strategic communication tool that helped Cronos Europa showcase its expertise in a clear, engaging and memorable way. The collaboration was so successful that, five years later, Cronos Europa returned to Trinity to support another European Parliament tender with the same narrative approach.

When video becomes a competitive advantage.
Evidence-based results
Originally developed to support Cronos Europa's tender to the European Parliament, the video has become a strategic communication asset. By simplifying complex ideas and highlighting the consortium's expertise, it helped build trust and strengthen the proposal. Cronos Europa won the tender, demonstrating the value of combining technical expertise with impactful storytelling. |
