Make the Difference in Hospitality
Four times a year, ASICS EMEA brings its management face-to-face with the entire organisation at the same time. Around 1,000 colleagues log in online from all over the region. Another 250 or so attend live in the room. For one hour, everyone follows the same programme: where the organisation stands, and how it is progressing towards its annual targets.
A pre-recorded film allows for errors in editing. A live hour does not.
That is why Trinity has been organising the entire logistics and technical production of the All-Hands since September 2024. Each edition is constructed and rehearsed as a precise live sequence: six directors, a rotating internal ASICS presenter, and a minute-by-minute orchestrated schedule. We are currently preparing the September 2026 event, planned as the ninth edition of an ongoing collaboration.

This project at a glance
These figures describe the format and the production scope we plan for. They are not performance results, and we do not present them as such.
From run of show to going live.
The challenge
An EMEA-wide All-Hands has a single live window and many moving parts. Six executive talks, presenter transitions, motion design elements, presentation cues, and camera positions must all fit into the same tightly scheduled, hybrid hour, while the physical room and the remote audience follow an identical agenda across multiple countries. There is no margin and no second take.
Most of what can go wrong in a live show is decided before going on air: an unclear handover, an unrehearsed segment, a cue that nobody owns. The real production challenge is therefore not setting up cameras. It is building a shared run of show that makes every handover, rehearsal, and live cue explicit before anyone goes on air.
The approach
Trinity treats each edition as a connected production system rather than a list of separate tasks. Logistics, content readiness, and technical delivery are planned together, from call sheets and production preparation to presenter coaching, rehearsals, and live show coordination.
The backbone is a minute-by-minute rundown. Agendas are tailored to the slot: the March 2026 edition featured 66 minutes of programme, the June edition 69. Executives do not walk in cold either. Each speaker works from a playbook covering setup, stage, and on-camera delivery, with rehearsals and tech checks giving the entire team a shared reference before the live broadcast.
The work
For each edition, Trinity organises the entire logistical and technical production. The documented workflow spans preparation, motion design coordination, and call sheets through to on-site project management, rehearsals, tech checks, and presenter coaching, closing with post-livestream follow-up. When the live broadcast begins, the thinking is already done; the team executes a plan they have rehearsed.
During the live session, the rundown connects six executive segments through a rotating internal host. Every segment has its place in a programme of approximately one hour, so that a colleague in the room and a colleague dialling in from anywhere in EMEA follow the exact same sequence.
The collaboration started in September 2024 and is ongoing. Running at four editions per year, the September 2026 All-Hands is scheduled as the ninth edition.

Evidence-based results
We only publish results that we can source. No public figures of business impact, satisfaction, engagement, participation, or technical reliability have been communicated for this case, so this text does not claim any. The audience figures above describe the format we produce, not measured results. We prefer to highlight the difference rather than blur it. |
